We kindly inform you that the artificial grass purchased by you is cut by hand to the individually indicated dimension. Therefore, single loose fibres may appear in the shipment. This does not imply a defect in the product or spontaneous fiber loss – it is a natural effect of the cut-to-size process.

In addition, we would like to inform you that the grass is rolled by machine so that it can reach you without kinks and damage. The process of machine winding can cause temporary flattening of fibers, which is a completely normal phenomenon.

After unrolling the roll, we recommend brushing the entire surface of the grass so that the fibers regain their natural fluffiness and aesthetic appearance. This can be done:

• manually, e.g. using a brush with hard bristles,
• or using dedicated devices.

The best and proven solution is the rotating terrace cleaner from Kärcher model PCL 4 KÄRCHER, which very effectively lifts and detangles grass fibers.
