STEEL CONTAINER FOR STORAGE OF 4 CYLINDERS 33 KG WITH INSTALLATION KIT FOR 4 CYLINDERS

Containers are made of steel angles, the door frame is made of a closed profile. The steel container is welded and/or hot-dip galvanized, which guarantees durability and resistance to weather conditions. Containers are equipped with a sheet metal canopy. They also have oppositely mounted door hinges, and the possibility of putting a padlock protection as part of protection against third parties. Containers display cylinders very well, and look great at points of sale as well as at petrol stations.

COMPOSITION OF THE CONNECTION SET FOR 4 CYLINDERS:

• 4 encased high-pressure hoses with cylinder connection

The reducer is designed for use in cylinder batteries. The gas intake switch located in the reducer is equipped with check valves that prevent gas from escaping during cylinder replacement during installation. The arrow on the switch valve and the green color of the indicator indicate that the gas is taken from the cylinder currently indicated by the arrow. The second cylinder of the switch valve is backup. The gas is taken from the cylinder until the pressure drops below 0,8 bar. At this pressure value, the switch valve automatically opens the valve input from the backup cylinder: therefore, the necessary condition for the correct operation of the device is the opening of the valves of both cylinders. When the switch is working, the indicator changes from green to red, indicating that the cylinder from which the gas was previously taken is empty. The knob on the switch should be set with an indicator in the direction of the currently active cylinder.
