Kitchen electric slicer is a device that facilitates the preparation of breakfast, sandwiches for work and school, dinner and even dinner... It is also perfect for preparing for holidays or a family party organized at home.

The characteristic feature of the FMS601 electric slicer by Blaupunkt is a 19 cm precision knife made of stainless steel. Thanks to it, each slice of bread will be perfectly even, and slices of cheese and cold cuts will always have the thickness we like the most. The slicer will also help prepare equal pieces of juicy meat, e.g. for steaks.

The set includes a removable cart for easy insertion of products under the knife, as well as a pusher to help you cut products with precision and protect your fingers from injury. The trolley is made of coated aluminum, while the pusher material is plastic that is safe for our health. Both of these elements can be easily removed from the slicer and washed under running water.

Stable aluminum base with non-slip feet, as well as a cast aluminum setter are a guarantee of safety, quality and durability of the device. The setter allows you to adjust the thickness of the patches in a wide range – from 1 mm to up to 20 mm, thanks to which we can easily cut products into really thin, delicate slices and thick pieces, e.g. meat for cutlets. The thickness of the patches is adjusted by means of a convenient lever located on the back of the setter.

The safety of the device during operation is ensured by non-slip feet, knife guard and pulse mode (the device works only with the switch pressed). For advanced users, the convenience will be a continuous operation mode, during which it is not necessary to hold the switch down.

The slicer knife can be replaced. The manufacturer offers both smooth and serrated knives (smooth knife – accessory with the symbol ACC039 and serrated knife – accessory with the symbol ACC040).
