The TUYA WiFi viewfinder, which supports the 2.4GHz band, provides a fast and stable wireless connection, enabling seamless live view and video recording. Thanks to the TUYA application, the user can remotely monitor the front door from anywhere in the world, which significantly improves home security.

The viewfinder is equipped with a microphone that allows you to hear what the guest is saying or ambient sounds – even when you are away from home, for example when you are on holiday abroad – via your smartphone.

Note: Due to the compact design, the speaker of the device is located on the screen side, i.e. inside the room. Consequently, conversations with guests can be difficult, and the device does not guarantee that people standing in front of the door will be able to hear you.

The camera is equipped with a motion detection function, and thanks to the TUYA application, users can receive notifications about detected motion on an ongoing basis, via SMS, in-app notifications or phone calls. Additionally, you can set motion monitoring only for specific hours, such as when you are at work.

During the day, the camera captures a color image. In case of insufficient lighting, the camera automatically or at the user's request, goes into night mode, recording the image in grayscale. Night mode allows you to detect images even in complete darkness.

The viewfinder allows you to save video and photos to a microSD card, smartphone memory or TUYA cloud, giving you easy access to recorded events from anywhere and on your device. This solution increases security and enables quick viewing of recordings.

When motion is detected, the camera automatically records a recording lasting about 10 to 15 seconds.

Your family or friends can also conveniently use the camera function in your smart home. If you want, share access to the camera with up to 4 people through the app. Thanks to this, they will also be able to remotely observe rooms, receive notifications about detected traffic. You can easily make your home a safe place and adapted to the needs of the whole family!

With the TUYA Smart app, you can check the image in real time, play recordings, take photos and receive motion notifications. The TUYA IPC extension also allows you to view from your laptop or PC (via Google Chrome).

• Do not use USB Power Delivery (PD) fast charging power supplies. The device should only be powered by a standard USB 5V charger with an intensity of 1A or 2A.
• Estimated battery life is up to 3 months with the motion sensor turned off. In the case of an active PIR sensor, this time may be shortened.
• The device supports only stationary alarms (stay alarms). This means that the camera will start recording a photo or video and send a notification only if the person is in front of the door at a distance of up to 2 meters and stays there for more than 3 seconds. If a person stays less than 3 seconds or is more than 2 meters – the device will not register the material or send a notification.
• Only microSD cards up to 128 GB, formatted in the FAT32 file system, are supported. In order to format the card correctly, it is recommended to use computer applications such as Rufus or DiskGenius. Memory cards from renowned manufacturers (such as SanDisk, Kingston, Samsung, Transcend or Goodram) with a speed class not lower than C10 are recommended.
