▶ Will the DekoTV MINI decoder work on my old TV?

Yes, if your TV has an HDMI input – just plug the decoder into the HDMI port and USB power (e.g. with TV or charger). SCART support is not required – it is a modern, compact solution.

▶ Do I need a new antenna to receive channels in DVB-T2?

No, no! In 99% of cases, your current room or roof antenna will suffice. It is crucial that the decoder supports the new HEVC standard – and DekoTV MINI supports it.

▶ Does the decoder support Polsat News Events24 and TV Trwam channels?

Yes. DekoTV MINI has support for the 10-bit H.265/HEVC codec, thanks to which it receives all channels available in Poland – including those that do not work on older tuners.

▶ Can I record TV shows?

Yes. The decoder allows recording (PVR function) and live scrolling (TimeShift). Simply plug a flash drive or hard drive into a USB port.

▶ Does the remote control also allow you to control the TV?

Yes. The DekoTV remote control can be paired with your TV – this allows you to control one remote control for both the tuner and the TV (including: on/off, volume, image source).

▶ Do I need an additional power supply?

No. The decoder is powered by USB – you can use the USB port on the TV or any USB charger (e.g. from the telephone). Power cable is included.

▶ Does the decoder have access to the Internet?

Yes – when you connect a USB WiFi antenna (sold separately), you get access to YouTube, IPTV and weather apps.

▶ Does it support polish subtitles and voiceover?

Of course. The decoder supports all popular subtitle formats and soundtracks – you can watch in Polish or with the original track and subtitles.

▶ Which USB drives are supported?

All popular flash drives and hard drives in FAT32 or NTFS format are supported. You can use them for both recording programs and playing media.
