ATS automation

The SZR(ATS) device automates the start-up and extinguishing operations of the unit in the event of a voltage failure. The system does not require user intervention.

The generator is adapted to work in two modes:

MODE I - manual (turn the generator on and off manually)

MODE II - auto (turning the generator on and off via built-in ATS automation)

The most important elements of the generator (stand and rotor) used in GENEZO units are made of pure copper of the highest quality with high electrical conductivity. The use of high-quality copper allows for longer service life and higher efficiency - they need less energy from the internal combustion engine to generate the same amount of energy as those with aluminum windings.

There are many parameters that determine the selection of the right generator set (power demand, operating time, types of connected devices and many others).

We use high quality consumables and factory spare parts.

Before shipment, each unit is flooded with oil, it is started mechanically and electrically tested.

Remote monitoring, GPS, GSM, MODBUS

Remote monitoring and management of the device is carried out via the Internet. To use the full functionality, a dedicated mobile application and an active SIM card with data transmission are required.

The GPS module allows you to track the location of the device on an ongoing basis, and the application allows you to view operating parameters and remote supervision in real time.

The device also supports MODBUS communication, which is an industrial standard for data exchange between the aggregate and external systems such as BMS, monitoring systems or industrial automation. MODBUS enables the transmission of selected operating parameters, alarms and device states to the master system.

AVR

The unit has electronic voltage regulation AVR AS440. The AVR system is responsible for stabilizing the output voltage during operation of the device.

This is particularly important when powering machines, industrial equipment, automation, technical installations and receivers requiring stable operating parameters.
