The Plissé citrus juicer is a true multi-faceted gem of architecture. According to Michele De Lucchi, who designed Plissé, "Form without pleats is simply volume without form." The festive and joyful Plissé collection draws inspiration from the world of fashion in the 50s and 60s, when skirts were pleated to give the fabric an effect of buoyancy and airiness.
The juicer features a drip-free spout and an automatic on/off function: simply place a halved citrus fruit on the cone and press lightly to start the juicer. If you stop pressing, it will turn off. The thermoplastic resin is odorless, tasteless, BPA-free, and 100% recyclable.
The grooved button on the lid activates its opening. The cover protects the working part of the centrifuge when not in use. The lid and strainer are easily removable and dishwasher safe. The non-slip base guarantees safe use.
After use, the electrical cable can be wound up and stored under the device.
