This electric cooker is designed for various cooking methods. It can handle classic baking, cooking, stewing, and browning. Meals prepared in it retain their flavor, meat stays moist, and cooking is up to 80% more efficient than in a traditional oven. With the ETA cooker, baking a sponge cake in 15 minutes is possible. You can easily prepare fragrant, juicy meat and crispy desserts without needing bulky kitchen appliances. How? ETA has a solution that allows you to comfortably bake with low energy consumption in small kitchens, cottages, or during holidays. This practical device features a non-stick coating (Teflon) and a square shape. The lid, finished with stainless steel, has ventilation holes and a glass window. You no longer need to lift the entire lid to check your food's progress; just peek through the glass. For safety, it has a special lock that turns off the device when the lid is removed (even if the switch on the lid is on). Both the stable stand and handles are insulated, allowing you to easily move and place hot dishes wherever you want (without transferring the food to another container). Another practical feature is the long power cord (1.5 m). The ETA cooker is a continuously improved appliance that many users have relied on for over 50 years.

As an ETA designer, how do you characterize the actual development of electric baking?

"I remember we had a similar device at home. It was a bit old-fashioned. It was relatively large, able to fit a whole chicken. A pleasant aroma spread during baking. However, I remember that extreme caution was always necessary when using it. To place the hot lid down, I had to prepare a special mat beforehand. Even connecting the cable didn't seem safe.”

“This moment immediately came to mind when I started working on the ETA cooker project. In addition to the mentioned parameters, I wanted this cooker to not have the features I disliked in the device I remembered. Therefore, my intention was to create a cooker that doesn't raise concerns about accidents during use.

This led to the creation of a thermally insulated, stable stand with heat-resistant handles, ensuring safe cooking and transport of the device. The lid design was developed for safe operation and to minimize the risk of burns. We also worked on the color scheme of individual parts almost from the beginning. Ultimately, we opted for a neutral combination that works in any kitchen.”
