Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• 500 g ground beef (80/20)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 burger rolls
• Additives: lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheddar cheese, sauce

Preparation:

1. Form 4 flat minced beef cutlets. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Turn on the grill, select Burger, wait for the heat.
3. After the signal, place burgers on the grill. Grill to the desired degree of frying (e.g. medium or well fried).
4. In the meantime, heat the rolls (you can toss them on the grill for the last 2 minutes).
5. Fold burgers with toppings as desired.

Mode: Manual – average temperature

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• 1 red pepper (sliced)
• 1 eggplant (slices)
• 1 ball of mozzarella
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs

Preparation:

1. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
