REMOVABLE NON-STICK PLATES

INDEPENDENT PLATE TEMPERATURE

▶ The grill allows you to set the independent temperature for the top plate and bottom in the range from 90°C to 230°C.

▶ You can completely unfold the plates and set the lower temperature on the top plate to gently grill vegetables such as paprika, ucynia or eggplant. At the same time, on the bottom plate, you can set a higher temperature to quickly fry or bake meat, such as steki or chicken.

▶ If you want to create a crispy crust or lightly brown the top of casseroles or cheeses , you can set the upper plate to a higher temperature while the lower plate remains at a lower temperature to prevent the bottom of the food from burning .
