Ingredients:

• 1 beef steak (e.g. entrecote, roast beef, ribeye) – approx. 2,5 cm thick
• salt, pepper
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Heat up the grill – select the “Red Meat” program.
2. Season the steak with oil, season with salt and pepper.
3. After the standby signal, put the steak on the grill.
4. Grill to the selected level of frying (light indicator: bloody – yellow, medium – orange, well fried – red).
5. After grilling, set aside the steak for 2 to 3 minutes to “rest”.
