• 2 steaks of roast beef or entrecote (approx. 2 – 2,5 cm thick)
• Salt, pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 teaspoons herbal butter (e.g. with parsley and garlic)

Preparation:

1. Preheat the grill – set to Power Boost (for intensive roasting).
2. Lubricate the steaks with oil, season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side (medium fried), longer if you prefer well fried.
4. After removing from the grill, put a portion of herbal butter on each steak. Let stand for 1 minute to rest.
