Ingredients (for 2 servings):

• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• 1 red pepper (sliced)
• 1 eggplant (slices)
• 1 pack of halloumi
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs

Preparation:

1. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
2. Wait for the grill to heat up.
3. Grill vegetables for approx. 5 to 7 minutes (until they are soft and lightly roasted).
4. After removing from the grill, place on a plate, add chopped halloumi and possibly fresh basil.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

• 500 g ground beef (80/20)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 burger rolls
• Additives: lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheddar cheese, sauce

Preparation:

1. Form 4 flat minced beef cutlets. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Turn on the grill, wait for the heat.
3. After the signal of the extinguished indicator light, place burgers on the grill. Grill to the desired degree of frying (e.g. medium or well fried).
4. In the meantime, heat the rolls (you can toss them on the grill for the last 2 minutes).
5. Fold burgers with toppings as desired.
