HiBREW G7 is an electric filament grinder that allows for precise grinding of grains and full control over the degree of grinding. With a 48-degree thickness adjustment, you can customize the beans to suit different brewing methods, from espresso to French Press. Conical stainless steel filaments guarantee even grinding and protect grains from overheating, which allows them to maintain their full aroma. The electronic touch panel allows you to easily set the grinding time, while the use of anti-electrostatic technology minimizes coffee loss and makes it easier to keep clean.

Precision matched to any brewing method

Choose from 48 levels of grinding thickness, allowing you to customize your coffee to suit different brewing methods. Lower settings (0 to 16) are ideal for espresso, medium (16 to 32) will work well in overflow methods, and high (32 to 48) will be suitable for French Press. The adjustment is carried out in increments of 0,02 mm, which ensures maximum precision and repeatability. This scale allows you to experiment with beans and adjust their structure for optimal extraction, which directly affects the taste of coffee.

The HiBREW G7 grinder uses 420 conical stainless steel filaments with a diameter of 48 mm, which ensure precise and even grinding of grains. Their design limits the heating of coffee, which allows you to maintain its full flavor and aroma. Thanks to this, ground grains retain optimal properties for extraction, which is crucial for the quality of the infusion. The durable material ensures that the filaments stay sharp for a long time, which translates into their reliability and effectiveness.

Intuitive operation and precise settings

The HiBREW G7 features a clear touch panel that allows you to set the grinding time from 1 to 40 seconds, allowing you to precisely dispense the amount of coffee. The device supports three grinding modes, compatible with portafilters with diameters of 51 mm, 54 mm and 58 mm, which ensures wide compatibility with flask coffee machines. Note: The portafilter is not part of the kit.

No more spilling coffee

When grinding, coffee particles can settle on the walls of the grinder or spread on the countertop. HiBREW G7 uses electrostatic charge elimination technology, thanks to which ground coffee goes exactly where it should – to a portafilter or container. Additionally, the 20° tilted chute makes it easy to pour the ground grains with precision, eliminating clutter. The device is also equipped with a Blowing Hopper feature, which removes coffee residue after grinding, making it easy to clean and ensuring maximum freshness for your next serving.

Quiet and energy-efficient operation

The device uses a high-torque DC (DC) motor that ensures stable and even grinding. Compared to standard engines, this model is characterized by quieter operation (noise reduction by 5 to 15%) and extended service life by 20 to 30%. Additionally, the use of speed control technology allows you to adjust the grinding intensity, which translates into greater precision and better coffee quality.

After finishing grinding, coffee residues may remain in the grinder, which affects the taste of subsequent portions. HiBREW G7 is equipped with Blowing Hopper system, which allows for quick and effective removal of debris from the grinding chamber.
