Work Sharp CPE2-I is an electric sharpener for kitchen knives, equipped with flexible abrasive discs and angle guides, allowing for precise and correct sharpening of the entire cutting edge.

Construction

The sharpener has a lightweight design and compact size, so it takes up little space on the kitchen counter, and when finished, it can simply be hidden in a drawer. The biggest advantage of this model is simple, almost instinctive operation, thanks to which it can be used by people without experience in sharpening knives.

The device has 3 sharpening zones for sharpening the left and right sides of the edge and polishing it. The high functionality of the device is increased by the option of sharpening scissors.

One sharpener for all kitchen knives

Work Sharp CPE2-I is a versatile kitchen sharpener, thanks to which we can quickly and correctly sharpen various types of knives.

Sharpening process

The device has 3 sharpening zones responsible for sharpening:

• the right side of the cutting edge,
• the left side of the cutting edge,
• polishing and quick sharpening

Thanks to the guide system, sharpening knives is simple and does not require specialized knowledge and experience.

Simply place the knife in the guide, turn on the device and drag the blade from the root to the tip, alternating the grinding sides, i.e. Right, left, right, left, etc.

Unlike most kitchen sharpeners using diamond plates Work Sharp CPE2-I used flexible abrasive discs with a gradation of P120, which sharpen more gently, but form the edge of the blade, has a much higher sharpness.

After finishing the pre-sharpening, we can manually polish the blade, using the middle gap, in which fine gradation ceramics are used. The ceramic arrow is also perfect for sharpening serrated knives and quick sharpening.

Additional Features

The arrow also allows you to sharpen scissors, for this purpose it is enough to disassemble the ceramic attachment and turn on the sharpener in lower speed mode.
