SUCTION SURFACE 245 × 165 MM
Where does the suction cup lift really come from?
It is an advanced suction diaphragm pump with a power exceeding 74kPa.
Simple physics: lifting capacity = suction surface × vacuum. It cannot be "described" marketingly - it is decided by the rubber that actually comes into contact with the material.
Fugert has an oval suction surface of 245 × 165 mm (approx. 340 cm²)
USB-C CHARGING: EVEN IN THE CAR
The only right standard: USB-C
You charge the batteries with a universal USB-C cable – the same as your phone. This means that the power source is:
✔ charger from the phone
✔ powerbank — top-up during a break at the construction site
✔ USB port in the car – the battery charges when you go to work
✔ laptop, workstation, extension cable with USB
No more completing more dedicated chargers!
Charging time: approx. 2 h from zero to full.
💡 It is worth knowing: tools with a dedicated 230 V charger have one weakness – when the charger stays in the workshop, breaks down or dies, the device becomes useless until the original is purchased. With the USB-C standard, this problem does not exist: a matching cable is in almost every home or car.
TWO LI-ION BATTERIES INCLUDED
Has one unloaded? You plug in the second one and keep working
The set includes two powerful 2400 mAh (3,7 V) lithium-ion batteries. Replaceable battery system allows you to immediately continue working after one battery is discharged
✔ longer total working time
✔ the ability to work without interruptions – one battery works, the other charges
✔ convenient and fast battery replacement
Each battery has its own display showing the charge level on a scale of 1% to 100% — you know exactly how much energy is left before you plug the battery into the device.
RUBBERIZED, NON-SLIP HANDLE – NO ONE ELSE HAS IT
The board is held by a suction cup. The suction cup is held by you
FUGERT is the only one with a fully rubberized, non-slip handle - it is not a bare, slippery material. You will feel the difference exactly when it is the hardest:
✔ sweaty hand in the heat — rubber holds where plastic begins to "float"
✔ work gloves dusted with stoneware dust – a firm grip instead of slipping on smooth plastic
✔ whole day with plates – rubber dampens pressure on the hand, the hand gets less tired and evaporates less
MORE THAN 8 HOURS OF OPERATION ON A SINGLE CHARGE
One battery that lasts for a whole day and you have two in the set
FUGERT works at least 8 hours on a single charge — a full day on the construction site. And when the first battery goes down, the second one's in your suitcase.
You control the level of charge on the LCD screen of the suction cup in four ranges (0 – 25%, 25 – 50%, 50 – 75%, 75 – 100%) and precisely on the display of the battery itself (1 – 100%).
LCD SCREEN: FULL CONTROL, NOT JUST A CONTROL
You see exactly what holds your record
The LCD screen shows simultaneously:
✔ current vacuum level (lift) — you know how much the suction cup will actually hold at the moment
✔ battery level in 4 ranges — no guessing how much work is left
AUTOMATIC PUMPING
Why do suction cups "let go"? Micro-leakage.
Even on a seemingly smooth tile, there are micropores and dust particles. Because of them, the vacuum always slowly decreases – this is a natural physical phenomenon, not a defect. The difference is what happens next:
✔ FUGERT detects the vacuum drop itself and immediately replenishes it
✔ The system works whenever the device is turned on – without your intervention
✔ The function is invaluable for longer portability and large formats
💡 Automatic pumping activates when dropped to about 214kg
ONE-BUTTON OPERATION: ONLY 4 STEPS
Simpler operation = fewer errors
1 Hold the button — the device turns on and automatically produces the vacuum needed for the grip
2 Move the element – you control the lifting capacity and battery on the LCD
3 Press 2× quickly — pressure drops to zero, suction cup lets go (do it only after safely putting the element away)
4 Hold again — the device turns off; the vacuum produced remains maintained until it naturally drops or manually releases
💡No valves, no manual pumping, no combination. Logic you’ll learn in 30 seconds—and not forget with gloves on the scaffolding.
SAFETY: MANUAL VACUUM RELEASE
Double control over grip
In addition to releasing with the FUGERT button, it has a mechanical vacuum release language – pulling it up lets air in and immediately disconnects the suction cup from the surface. Regardless of electronics and battery status.
✔ full control even after turning off the device (vacuum is maintained)
✔ safe detachment without tugging – never tear off the suction cup with force, it destroys the rubber of any manufacturer
✔ release the grip only after putting down and stabilizing the element
SOFT, GRIPPY RUBBER – THIS IS WHERE THE GRIP IS BORN
Hard rubber sticks out. Soft — sticks.
The rubber used in this suction cup is extremely soft and grippy – it remains flexible, without hard, rigid zones. Thanks to this, the plate perfectly adapts to the surface of the plate and closes around the perimeter, creating a tight vacuum chamber.
✔ soft rubber lays on the surface – tight adhesion on the entire wound
✔ high grip – more secure grip from the first second
✔ full flexibility – rubber returns to shape and does not deform permanently
FILTER - PROTECTION OF THE PUMP AGAINST DUST
Construction is dust. The pump doesn't like it.
Dust from cutting stoneware are the biggest enemies of the vacuum pump – sucked into the cylinder accelerates wear and causes leaks. That's why this suction cup works with a filter to protect the suction system.
✔ longer pump life and stable vacuum
✔ simple maintenance: wipe the rubber after work, check the edges
APPLICATIONS: FROM STONEWARE TO GLASS
For lifting, moving, positioning and precise assembly:
✔ large format stoneware — laying wall and floor coverings
✔ ceramic tiles and glaze – accurate positioning during installation
✔ glass and panes of glass — windows, shower cabins, balustrades
✔ stone slabs — marble, granite with a smooth surface
✔ furniture boards, laminated boards and countertops with a smooth surface
💡The condition of a good grip is a clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surface. More about this in the next module – honestly.
HONESTLY: WHEN THE SUCTION CUP DOES NOT WORK
We write directly because you work with heavy plates
No vacuum suction cup (even FUGERT) will provide a secure grip on the surface:
✖ soiled with dust, grease or glue residues
✖ wet or moist
✖ with unstable, loose, thin and susceptible to deformation elements
💡Before each lift, check the purity of the rubber and its edges and look at the LCD to see if the vacuum is stable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (Q&A)
Can I charge the suction cup in the car? Yes. All you need is a USB port in your car or a USB car charger – the suction cup charges with a standard USB-C cable (included). Full charge takes ok. 2 h.
Is one battery enough for a full day of work? Yes — the working time is more than 8 hours on a single charge. You can also recharge the device from the powerbank at any time, e.g. during the break.
What happens when the battery discharges during the transfer? The vacuum produced is maintained after turning off the device until it naturally drops or manually releases. Still, always check the battery level on the LCD before work – with a low charge, the device may not maintain the proper vacuum when pumping up.
Will the suction cup hold the plate on a rough or wet surface? No — and this applies to every vacuum suction cup. The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and non-porous. On porous, cracked or damp surfaces, an effective vacuum cannot be produced.
What is the difference between a built-in battery and an attached one? The centrally built-in battery does not change the center of gravity – the device is perfectly balanced in the hand. You also don’t have to buy, charge and keep an eye on separate batteries or charger.
Can I work while charging? We do not recommend using the product while charging. Charge the device before use.
What materials is the suction cup suitable for? Gres (also large format), ceramic tiles, glass, stone slabs, laminated, countertops with a smooth surface, furniture elements. Do not use on objects that are unstable, loose, thin, prone to deformation or heavier than 260 kg.
How to care for a suction cup? After work, clean the rubber and edges from dust and glue residue, store in a suitcase in a dry place. Use mild means to clean. The set includes 2 filters to protect the pump - control their condition. Perform maintenance after disconnecting the battery from the device.
Is the device intended for outdoor use? According to the instructions, the device is intended for indoor use. Protect them from water, moisture and temperatures above 45°C.
