The Vortex VX4070 cutter stands out from other devices of this type available on the market thanks to several innovative solutions that significantly affect its stability, precision and efficiency. The design of the machine is based on the use of discs with a smaller size and a centering hole of 20mm, which translates into increased stability and precision of cutting.

Made of aluminum, the table top has grooves for mounting various improvements, such as handles holding the plate during cutting or locks ensuring repeatability of the cutting process. In addition, the workspace of the tabletop has been lined with rubber pads, stabilizing the plate and preventing it from accidentally shifting.

The frame of the machine is also made of aluminum, which not only provides protection against corrosion, but also makes the whole thing lighter. To facilitate transport, it is equipped with wheels on both sides.

Two sets of additional side supports significantly increase the stability of the machine and allow the processing of large plates. The 3000W motor ensures adequate performance even when cutting very hard materials.

The coolant is delivered to the disc from a separate tank using a pump fixed on the bottom of the worktop. The water filtration system prevents damage to the pump, and the two water supply nozzles can be easily detached and used to clean the machine after work.

Operation of the machine is simple and intuitive thanks to the panel with display, which allows you to adjust operating modes, control the water supply, LED lighting, laser and feed speed of the cutter. With 10 speed levels in automatic mode, you can easily adjust the work to suit your specific needs and materials, making it the perfect solution for professionals working on the same tiles and discs.
