Use and maintenance

Before installing accessories, make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply. The discs and sponges are mounted directly on the M14 spindle thread. When choosing accessories for working with varnish, it is recommended to use low rotational speeds (800 – 1500 rpm) and sponges or felt included in the set. Higher speed ranges are designed for grinding and cutting harder materials.

Carbon brushes require inspection after several dozen hours of operation. Used brushes are manifested by a decrease in power or spark of the engine. The replacement is carried out after disconnecting the device from the network, unscrewing the brush covers placed on the motor housing. A spare set of brushes is included.
