Preparing rice so that it is soft, but not overcooked, is a real art. However, thanks to the ETA Granello rice cooker, you can prepare loose rice as an addition, as well as perfectly creamy risotto as in an Italian restaurant.

Rice cooker functioning is completely automatic and does not require your constant attention. The lid glass is equipped with a hole for steam to escape, a necessary protection – rice cooker cannot be turned on without a dish, the handles on the sides and on the lid are thermally insulated, and also has an integrated protection against boiling water.

Aluminium dish with a maximum capacity of 1,8 liters can hold up to 1,2 kg of uncooked rice. Once cooked, the rice cooker automatically maintains the temperature so that food is always ready to serve, even if one of the guests delays for a family dinner.

Thanks to the steam basket that is part of the set, the rice cooker can also be used as a steamer. Dishes prepared in this way retain much more nutrients, taste and color, without having to dirty several more dishes. The steaming function will also be useful for cooking dumplings.
