Efficient shredder for garden work

The BLOW electric milling shredder is a practical device designed for shredding branches, sticks and fibrous and wooden garden waste. It allows you to quickly process the remains of pruning trees, shrubs and hedges into small wood chips that can be used as mulch or compostable material.

Maximum power of 3000 W, milling cutting mechanism and the possibility of shredding branches up to 45 mm in diameter make the device perfect for seasonal cleaning in the backyard garden, orchard, on the plot or around the property.

The shredder is equipped with a P40 electric motor with a maximum power of 3000 W. The device provides adequate efficiency during the processing of branches, sticks and other wooden waste generated during garden work.

Mains power supply 230 – 240 V / 50 Hz allows you to use the device when connected to a standard electrical system.

▶ Milling cutting mechanism

The milling mechanism used shreds branches and garden waste into wood chips or material intended for mulching and composting.

The rotation speed without load is 60 rpm. /min. The material is fed into the inlet hole and then pulled in by a rotating shredding mechanism. The device uses manual, gravitational feeding of material.

▶ Branches up to 45 mm in diameter

The shredder allows you to process branches with a maximum diameter of up to 45 mm. This makes it suitable for both thin shoots and sticks, as well as thicker branches remaining after the care of trees and shrubs.

The maximum possible diameter may depend on the hardness, type and moisture content of the wood. Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether there are stones, nails, metal elements or other hard objects in the material.

▶ Large waste container 60 l

The shredded material goes directly into a rigid container with a capacity of 60 liters. This allows you to reduce the spread of wood chips and keep order around the workplace.

The tank is inserted into the lower frame of the device and secured with a latch. It can be conveniently removed, emptied, and then reassembled.

▶ Rotation direction change function

The control panel is equipped with a Forward/Reverse rotation direction switch. The standard direction is used to shred the material, while the reverse gear helps to withdraw the branch or remove the locking element of the mechanism.

This practical solution reduces the need for manual access to the mechanism and facilitates quick restoration of the device.

▶ Overload protection

In case of excessive load, the safety switch automatically cuts off the power supply, protecting the engine from damage.

After the protection is activated, wait at least a minute, remove the cause of the overload, press the reset button, and then restart the device.

The shredder also features a safety feature to prevent accidental restarting when power is lost and restored.

▶ Adjustable pressure plate

The device has a pressure plate adjustment knob. Proper setting allows you to maintain the correct shredding effect and reduce the risk of improper cutting of branches.

The adjustability helps to adjust the position of the plate to the milling mechanism as it is used.

▶ Stable structure and easy transportation

The shredder is equipped with:

• large transport wheels,
• comfortable handle to drive,
• metal frame,
• stabilising legs,
• wheel guards.

Thanks to the wheels, the device can be conveniently moved between the storage space and the work area. The stable base ensures that the shredder is correctly positioned on an even and hard surface.

▶ Pusher included

The device comes with a special pusher designed to direct light material, thin shoots and leaves towards the inlet hole.

The pusher increases the comfort of work and allows you to maintain a safe distance of the hand from the shredding mechanism. Do not put your hands in the inlet or outlet of the device.
