Electric soup boiler UNIQ with a capacity of 8 liters in green. The housing is made of high temperature resistant polypropylene. The distinguishing feature is the dismantled 8 l soup cartridge with ease of cleaning, made of the highest quality AISI 304 stainless steel. The heater, also made of stainless steel, has been placed in a water cartridge, which ensures efficient heat transfer.

Thanks to the insulated handle, the cut-out for the ladle and the aluminum hinge, the cover made of tempered glass becomes extremely functional and practical. Its special two-piece design minimizes heat loss when opening, and also maintains work hygiene at the highest level. In addition, the lid is designed in such a way that liquefied water vapor is discharged back into the container, which helps to maintain proper humidity of dishes.

On the lid there is a practical holder for the label with the name of the dish. The heater has an electronic control panel that displays the operating time, set and current temperature. The device has a memory of the last set temperature, which is automatically restored when you turn it back on. The temperature control range, from 35˚C to 85˚C, with an accuracy of 1˚, allows for precise adjustment of conditions to the type of food served.

The heater is equipped with a water level sensor, reminding you to refill it, protecting the device from overheating. It has a cable with a length of 15 cm and a container 8 l in a set. This appliance is not intended for cooking, but it is invaluable in keeping food warm, which is especially important in restaurants, hotels or catering.
