KERCH® BRILLO is a versatile electric grill with a power of 2000 W, designed for preparing a variety of dishes at home. It can work as a contact grill, and when unfolded by 180° provides a larger grilling area.

Automatic work programmes

KERCH® BRILLO offers a set of automatic programs to facilitate the preparation of popular dishes. After selecting the program, the device uses the saved temperature and time parameters.

✅ Defrost – 60°C / 10 min – a program for gentle defrosting of products.

✅ Panini / Toast – 210°C / 5 min – for making toast, panini and baked sandwiches.

✅ Burgers – 230°C / 6 min – setting for preparing burgers.

✅ Fish / Vegetables – 210°C / 7 min – a program for grilling fish and vegetables.

✅ Bacon – 210°C / 2 min 30 s – for the preparation of bacon slices.

✅ Poultry – 230°C / 10 min – setting for preparing poultry meat.

✅ Cutlets / Meat – 220°C / 8 min – a program for grilling various types of meat.

✅ Steaks – 230°C / 5 min – steak preparation program with a choice of 4 levels of frying:

• Rare – bloody, strongly pink or red in the middle,
