Electric boiler for soups with a capacity of 9L by YATO.
Recommended for serving soups, creams and sauces. Made of steel, painted black housing provides an aesthetic appearance. Thanks to this, the cauldron is perfect for buffets and hotel restaurants.
The removable soup container is made of SS 304 stainless steel . It has rounded edges, which makes it very easy to keep clean.
The soup container is inserted into a water-filled tank, under the bottom of which the heater is mounted. In this way, it has no direct contact with water and no stone is deposited on it. This eliminates the risk of overheating and burnout of the heater, significantly extending the life of the entire device.
Created between the tank and the soup container water coat, evenly distributes heat around the entire container, preventing the contents from burning.
The 400W heater enables smooth regulation of operating temperature in the range of 35~85°C. In contrast, the installed thermostat ensures that the heating temperature is maintained at a constant, fixed level.
The boiler has a lid with a ladle hole. In addition, when pouring soup it is possible to set the lid in the open position in such a way that the liquefied opay does not spill outside, which prevents the table from getting dirty.
Mounted four legs ensure the stability of the boiler.
