E-Ink Kaleido 3 screen with SMARTlight backlight and dark mode

The PocketBook InkPad Color 3 comes with a 7,8-inch color E-Ink Kaleido 3 screen that displays 4096 colors. The screen provides 50% higher color content resolution compared to its predecessor and offers better color saturation.

SMARTlight backlighting and dark mode allow for eye-friendly reading, even in dark rooms. While SMARTlight is used to adjust the color temperature and brightness of the backlight, dark mode reverses the color of the text and background, so you can get an even more relaxing read just before bedtime.

Convenient sound reproduction

With PocketBook InkPad Color 3, you can listen to audio books and music, as well as use the text-to-speech feature. Thanks to the speaker, audio functions are available even when you do not have headphones with you. It is also possible to use wireless headphones or a Bluetooth speaker and connect wired headphones to a USB-C port using a USB-C audio adapter (not included). PocketBook InkPad Color 3 supports a total of 6 audio formats.

Reader safety thanks to water resistance

Your PocketBook InkPad Color 3 can accompany you anywhere, even in the bathroom or pool. The reader is waterproof and withstands immersion in fresh water to a depth of up to 2 meters for up to 60 minutes (IPX8).
