Yes, the scale works primarily with the FitDays app, but data can also be synced with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit App, and Samsung Health.

The FitDays app is completely free. The QR code should be scanned with your phone’s camera, not an external scanning app – then you will be redirected directly to the free version on Google Play or the App Store. Some QR code scanning apps may target fake versions with a subscription or request to connect a card – avoid them

2. Can I connect the scale to several phones?

Yes, the scale supports multiple devices. To avoid problems, make sure other phones have Bluetooth turned off or the app closed.

3. Why do I need to enable location in Android?

This is required by Android (from version 6.0) when connecting via Bluetooth. FitDays does not collect location data, and the feature is only used to detect the device.

4. How does weight measure body composition?

Alpha Smart Scale uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to transmit safe, small current, which allows you to determine the content of body fat, muscle, water and other parameters.

5. How do I pair my weight with the FitDays app?

1. Register an account in the app.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and put the weight on a flat surface.
3. In the app, select Device Management, tap +, and then select a scale from the list.

6. How to take the first measurement?

1. Open the Measure tab in the FitDays app.
2. Stand barefoot on the scale, evenly distributing the weight.
3. Stay still until the measurement is complete (approx. 5 to 10 seconds ).
