KowaL Polska generators are characterized by reliability, unexcessive parameters and are equipped with many systems that guarantee the achievement of the best possible power parameters and power quality while maintaining the lowest possible fuel consumption. This is due to the stator, which uses an additional circuit to equalize the power and voltage between the phases , as well as an intelligent throttle that operates automatically, which maintains the speed at approximately 3,000 rpm regardless of the load, and an AVR that guarantees very good power quality. The unit is additionally equipped with a 230/400V voltage switch.

The stator and rotor account for nearly half of the value of the unit. Many companies use only a “copper” stator winding with a width of 70 to 100 mm.

All blacksmith units with a 5,2 kW engine use a stator with a length of up to 120 mm. The stator is wound fully with copper wire.

The copper generator cooperates with a very popular engine with the symbol AL170, which was produced on behalf of the KowaL Polska brand from the highest quality spare parts and main components, i.e. shaft, piston, connecting rod and valves. Details later in the auction.

The latest model uses an extended current. The power of the unit increases in proportion to the length of the stator core, thanks to which the A8 model reached a maximum power of 3,5 kW.

When connecting the same devices (compared to weaker models), the unit is much less loaded. This translates into longer life of the device and lower fuel consumption, making the generator more economical.

Intelligent Throttle Technology

The NEW BLACKSMITH A8 model is equipped with an intelligent throttle system that automatically adjusts the engine operation to the current load of the generator. The system helps to maintain the working turnover at the level of approx. 3000 rpm /min, which is important for stable operation of the unit and proper power supply of many typical household and utility receivers.

With less power consumption, the system can reduce fuel dose, supporting cost-effective operation and lower fuel consumption. The whole process takes place automatically, without the need for constant user intervention.

Tubeless wheels on the axle ensure easy handling and virtually maintenance-free operation of the suspension system. Fully cast (uninflated) wheels are puncture and deformation resistant. The addition of rubber improves the cushioning of the unit, which translates into lower noise levels.

Thanks to the use of transport handles specially designed for the dimensions of the unit, the unit gives the impression of being very light and easy to move
