Each of the handles in the HS-250CF Jucon elliptical cross trainer allows for different hand positioning and thus involvement of different muscle groups during the training session. Smaller handles are used to work on the lower parts of the body, especially the legs and buttocks. Large handles with a spacing of up to 83 cm give the possibility of maximum activation of the shoulder muscles, and thus performing dynamic cardio workouts. The magnetic resistance system based on a flywheel with a weight of 24 kg is responsible for the smooth and quiet operation of the device.

The efficient and smooth operation of the HS-250CF Jucon elliptical trainer is due not only to the high weight of the flywheel, but also to its position. The use of front drive, makes the feet closer to each other, so that the steps performed are flatter, and the whole movement does not force the body weight to shift from the leg to the leg. This solution effectively protects joints against excessive load. To increase the comfort of exercises, the HS-250CF Jucon uses aluminum rails and wide, bearing rollers, which guarantees quiet operation of the device.

Adjust the intensity of exercises to individual needs thanks to the electronic 32-degree resistance adjustment. You also have at your disposal 12 ready-made training programs including m.in.:

• HRC program – matching resistance and speed to the action of your heart,
• WATT program – helping to determine what effort you need to put into training to produce a certain amount of energy,
• Bod Fat program – enabling measurement of body fat based on entered data such as: height, gender, age, pulse.
