• Stable support for the feet has a fundamental impact not only on the comfort of exercise, but above all on its effectiveness. The elliptical bike uses special non-slip bases, so that the exercise becomes even more enjoyable.

• One of the most important parameters of elliptical bikes is the so-called. "Q parameter" - it determines the width of the skid spacing of the device. In the case of devices with too high spacing, there may be a "duck gait" effect, i.e. rocking the body sideways (this phenomenon is harmful to the joints of the person exercising). In the Galaxy II model, the internal spacing of the skid is only 19cm - this is one of the best results for devices of this class!
