Patented Ag+ active silver ion technology in filter basket

The filter basket is made of a material containing active Ag+ silver ions, which support the reduction of the growth of bacteria and microorganisms on the surface of the basket. Thanks to this, the filter element helps maintain a higher level of hygiene in the filtration system. No water flow resistance as in the case of typical paper-plastic filters

The set also includes white filter balls, which are responsible for effectively capturing impurities from the water, such as fine deposits, hair, pollen, sand, cosmetic residues, and other dirt that arises during use. The balls provide good water flow and are a convenient alternative to traditional paper filters, which can become clogged faster.

The combination of the basket with Ag+ technology and white filter balls supports the maintenance of clean and transparent water in the jacuzzi, improves the comfort of use and facilitates daily care of the filtration system.

Compatibility

The filter is a replacement for Type VI (60311) cartridges used in the Bestway® and Lay-Z-Spa® jacuzzi and filter pumps.

Matches m.in. for models: Miami, Palm Springs, Hawaii, Paris, Milan, St. Moritz, Helsinki, Maldives, Zurich, Cancun, Ibiza, Vancouver and other devices using Type VI (60311) cartridges.

Note: If you are currently using a filter marked as Type VI / Type VI / 60311, our filter ball basket will be a suitable replacement.

Practical advice on the use of Ag+ balls in the Ag+ basket:

• Do not stuff the balls too tightly: Place them in the printed basket loosely. The pump w has relatively little power. If you squeeze the balls, the water will encounter too much resistance, more electricity consumption
• Ball cleaning: Every 1 to 2 weeks, remove the balls from the basket and rinse them under running water. Once a month you can throw them in the washing machine (in a special mesh bag) for a short program (30°C) without the use of detergents and softeners that could cover the fibers and block silver ions.
• The duo of antibacterial housing with Ag+ and balls with silver ions is a hit that will radically change filtration.

  Why is this combination a synergy effect?

• Elimination of biofilm in the bud: Traditional paper filters in the jacuzzi need to be replaced very often (even every few days), because warm water stimulates the rapid growth of bacteria. Your Ag+ balls will constantly sterilize the flowing water, and the Ag+ housing will not allow slippery biofilm to settle on the walls of the basket.
• No more odors: Bacteria developing on mechanical contaminants retained in the filter are the main cause of water contamination. Active silver ions will block the putrefactive processes of organic residues (skin, cosmetics).
• Less consumption of pool chemistry: Thanks to the continuous, mechanical and physical control of microorganisms by silver, you will notice less need for chlorine or active oxygen. Water will maintain perfect clarity longer.
