The set includes a set of 6 filters:

2 pcs. Two-stage filter class M5 / EU5 (ISO ePM10)

  • dimensions: 452 x 185 x 48 mm

4 pcs replacement prefilter class G3/EU3

  • dimensions: 442 x 175 x 10 mm

Clean, regularly replaced filters are:

➡ Healthy air at home

Filters stop:

  • dust and dust (PM10, PM2.5),
  • pollen of plants (important for allergy sufferers),
  • smog and soot,
  • mold spores.

The used filter stops filtering and the accumulated impurities can be blown back into the rooms.

➡ Protection of the recuperator itself

Dirty filters cause:

  • greater air resistance,
  • overload of fans,
  • faster wear of bearings and motors,
  • the risk of contamination of the heat exchanger.

The exchanger is expensive to clean or replace — the filter is a cheap “insurance policy”.

➡ Lower electricity bills

When the filter is clogged:

  • fans work at higher speeds,
  • energy consumption is increasing,
  • heat recovery efficiency decreases.

The result: you pay more and you have worse ventilation.

➡ No unpleasant odors

A damp, dirty filter is an ideal environment for:

  • bacteria,
  • fungi,
  • mold.

They are most often the source of the smell of “mustiness” from the vents.

➡ Maintaining proper air balance

Clogged filters cause:

  • decrease in air supply or exhaust efficiency,
  • dysregulation of the installation,
  • moisture problems (pairing windows, fungus in the corners).

How often to change filters?

Standard:

  • every 3 to 4 months – house in the city, by the road, smog
  • every 6 months – clean neighborhood, small traffic

It is worth checking visually every 1 to 2 months – sometimes the filter “ends” faster than the calendar.

Regular filter replacement provides:

✅ clean air

✅ smaller bills

✅ quiet operation

✅ longer life of recuperator

✅ no moisture or odors
