How to use stone for sharpening?
1. Preparation: Dip the stone in water for 5-10 minutes until bubbles stop appearing. Do not use salt water.
2. Setting: Place the stone on a stable, non-slip base. Hold the knife at a 10-20° angle.
3. Shoots: Start with 1000 gradation. Make smooth, reciprocating movements along the stone, always in one direction (from each other).
4. Polish: After obtaining the right sharpness, turn the stone to the 6000 side and polish the edge to give it the perfect finish.
5. Cleaning: Rinse the stone with clean water after use and allow to dry.
