When the fruit is obtained by the action of steam, the fruit is not boiled but only heated . In this way, they retain the aroma, color, flavor, minerals and vitamins. The crusts, pips, seeds and stalks do not even have to be removed as is the case with juicers.
Regular replacement of consumable parts ensures that failures during use are avoided.
The attachment is placed on the lid of the mixing bowl. Varoma is filled with up to 2 kg of ingredients. Steam then forms in the mixing bowl, which rises to the Varoma and causes the fruit and vegetable cells to burst, releasing the delicious juice. The resulting juice flows through the varoma base and is collected in the juicer attachment. Here , the juice flows down the attached hose and collects in a separate container. Fresh juice can now be drunk directly or processed into refined delicacies such as: fruit jellies, liqueurs, cocktails and many more .

USER MANUAL
1. Fill the mixing bowl with 2000g of water and close it with the lid without measuring cup.
2. Place the attachment on the lid, connect the included silicone hose and put it in a separate, heat-resistant container.
3. If the juice outlet is at the bottom of the attachment, it is installed correctly.
4. Fill the Varoma with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables, place on the attachment and close with the Varoma lid.
5. Juice up to 60 minutes / Varoma / level 1 depending on the type and amount of fruit.
6. Stop the cooking process when juice stops flowing from the hose.
Rule of thumb: soft fruit is usually fully squeezed after 30-40 minutes, while harder fruit can take up to 60 minutes
