When delicious fruits ripen on trees and shrubs in the summer, the appetizer is an ideal helper when processing the annual harvest. Almost everything the garden has to offer during the season is effortlessly transformed into fresh fruit juices with an appetizer. Shells, seeds, seeds and stems do not even need to be removed, as is the case with juicers.

The attachment is simply placed on the lid of the mixing dish, a bulk container is supplied, Varoma is filled with up to 2 kg of any fruit, and juicing can be started by steaming the fruit. In the mixing dish, water vapor is formed, which rises to Varoma and causes the fruit cells to rupture, releasing delicious juice.

The resulting juice flows through the varoma base and is collected in an appetizer. Here, the juice can drain with a connected hose and accumulate in a separate bulk container. Fresh juice can now be drunk directly or processed into sophisticated delicacies such as fruit jellies, liqueurs, smoothies and more.

Squeezing steamed juice with an appetizer is pleasant, easy, effective and will certainly be successful.

Terms of use:

1. Fill the mixing bowl with 2000g of water and close it with a lid without a scoop.
2. Place the attachment on the lid, connect the included silicone hose and put it in a separate, heat-resistant container. If the juice outlet is located at the bottom of the attachment, it is installed in the right way.
3. Fill Varoma with up to 2 kg of fruits or vegetables, place on an appetizer and close with a Varoma lid.
4. Juice up to 60 minutes / Varoma / level 1 depending on the type and amount of fruit.
5. Stop the cooking process when the juice stops flowing out of the hose.

   General rule: soft fruits are usually completely squeezed after 30-40 minutes, while harder fruits can last up to 60 minutes.

6. You can enjoy the chilled juice directly or process it later.
