The hanger was made by laser cutting sheet metal on a precision fiber laser CNC. The edges were bent with a modern CNC edger, which allowed to achieve a perfectly reproduced contour and perfectly smooth edges with an accuracy of 0,01 mm.

The hanger has been carefully prepared for painting. In order to obtain the best quality and durability of the varnish coating, the hanger has been subjected to sanding.

Sandblasting is the process of cleaning surfaces with abrasive material in a stream of compressed air. The sandblasting effect is similar to grinding, however, the cleaned surface is more even and obtains the roughness required for painting.

The hanger was painted with powder paint from the Swiss company IGP Pulvertechnik with great adhesion ensuring amazing quality. The structure of the paint makes the hanger resistant to fingerprints, scratches and looks sensational.

The powder coating process involves covering the elements with paint powder and then hardening the coating in the furnace with a temperature of approx. 200°C.
