7-piece steaming set by "NOIS" is very functional and attractively presented in any kitchen. It is made of chromium-nickel stainless steel (18-20% chromium and 8-10,5% nickel) 18/10 (grade AISI 304) with a wall thickness of 0,7mm, which is one of the most sustainable alloys. It is a durable and almost eternal material. Its most valuable properties are corrosion resistance. The second important factor determining the high properties is the lack of pores and minimal surface roughness. The carefully polished surface is easy to clean and beautiful. The unique properties of steel make our product ideal for preparing healthy meals.

Thermoaccumulative, three-layer bottom with a thickness of 5mm ensures fast heating and even distribution and long-term heat retention. The accumulated heat allows you to finish cooking within 10-15 minutes after turning off the stove, which significantly reduces heating energy consumption. The dishes are suitable for all types of cookers: electric, gas, ceramic and induction. They are not intended for use in the oven.

The pot holders are made of stainless steel, which are fixed to the wall by means of point welding. Such fixing of handles is better than with rivets (when working around rivets, dark spots of food residues are formed, which are difficult to wash off, on which microorganisms multiply). The dish with stainless steel handles can be used on any burner.

The cover is made of 4mm thick tempered glass with a stainless steel rim and has a steam drainage hole. The edge of the lid is formed so that the lid adheres perfectly to the edge of the dish. The transparent lid allows us to control the cooking process without having to lift it. When cooking with the lid closed, we save energy.

Dish care

Before washing, the dishes must cool. After each use, it is recommended to wash dishes with a soft sponge or cloth with any detergent. After washing, rinse with warm water and wipe dry. Larger dirt can be removed with stainless steel dish cleaner powder. To remove the remains of burnt food, pour water with or without detergent into the dish and remove dirt with a wooden spatula or hard sponge. It is not recommended to use metal brushes, knives or scrapers. Uniform stainless steel is used in the dishes, so scratches resulting from careless maintenance do not affect the quality of dishes in any way. Attaching dishes to the inner surface of the dish is the result of an incorrectly selected heating mode: - the pan has been insufficiently heated or too poorly heated during frying dishes. Avoid overheating the dishes as this may result in gold or light brown discoloration of the stainless steel surface and rainbow spots. This is not a defect of the dish and in no way affects the strength of the dish or the properties of the cooked food.

Pots are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for extended use. This is very simple because they are smooth and you only need a sponge and some dishwashing liquid to get rid of food debris from the surface of the dish.
