The PRESSON MX6002 finish sander is an essential tool for all those working on gypsum finish coats. It is used for grinding and smoothing gypsum surfaces on walls and ceilings, significantly speeding up work.

The grinder has a dust extraction system i is adapted to work with industrial vacuum cleaners or a special dust bag attached to the set. It guarantees clean and dust-free operation, minimizing indoor dust.

The innovative Bi-LED system perfectly illuminates the ground surface of 360°. Thanks to the strong lighting, any irregularities that require alignment are visible. It is particularly useful when working in construction conditions where there is insufficient lighting.

The powerful 800W motor guarantees high performance even under heavy pressure. Smooth rotation adjustment in the range of 1200~2300 rpm allows you to adjust the operating parameters depending on the ground surface, the degree of unevenness. On the other hand, the Soft Start system smoothly starts the engine, gradually speeding it to a set speed. In this way, the life of the engine is significantly extended, and at the same time the possibility of scratching the surface during take-off is eliminated.

High LED power reveals all the irregularities that are difficult to see from the perspective of the operator looking at the wall straight ahead. Thanks to this, all protrusions that need to be sanded are perfectly visible. At the same time, you can also see the shortcomings that need to be filled. As a result, the final effect is much better compared to working with a grinder without lighting.

Part of the disk edge is removable. Thanks to this, the distance of the abrasive disc relative to the corner of the walls is reduced and allows to work in hard-to-reach places.

However, the adjustment has another main function - it increases the suction of the grinder from the wall surface. This reduces the force needed to maintain the grinder and increases the strength and efficiency of grinding. Therefore, when using the grinder in a set with a vacuum cleaner, it is suggested to reduce the suction force to avoid too strong pressure on the wall.
