Standard equipment:

• Long-life air filter system

  Long-life air filter system significantly extends the service life between filter cleanings. Larger and heavier particles are ejected by centrifugal force outside, and then by the rising ramp additionally ejected upwards. Pre-cleaned air is fed into the air filter.

• STIHL 2-MIX engine

The two-stroke STIHL engine in 2-MIX technology provides high power, and at the same time fuel savings of up to 20% compared to two-stroke STIHL engines of similar power without 2-MIX technology. Exhaust emissions are down by approx. 50%.

• Four-channel STIHL technique

In four through channels, the fuel-air mixture is swirled before ignition. This ensures better fuel combustion and significantly increases engine efficiency. The result: lower fuel consumption and high torque in a wide range of revolutions.

• Anti-vibration system

The powerful vibrations transmitted by the handles of mechanical devices can lead to vibrational disease. For this reason, STIHL created an anti-vibration system. In mechanical devices equipped with the AV system, the handle zones significantly reduce the number of vibrations produced by the internal combustion engine and the working tool.

• Multifunctional switch

Operation of all important functions of the saw, such as hot and cold start, operation and shutdown is carried out with a single lever. This solution provides exceptional comfort and safety of operation, because the right hand rests on the handle at all times.

• COMPENSATOR

Cleaning the filter becomes necessary only when the engine power clearly decreases. The STIHL compensator placed in the carburetor ensures that despite the increase in air filter contamination, engine power, the content of harmful substances in the exhaust gases and fuel consumption remain constant for a long time. In this way, longer work is possible without the need for service activities.

• SIDE CHAINSAW TENSIONER

The tensioner screw is rotated by a special knob passing through the cover of the chainsaw drive wheel. This avoids hand contact with the sharp chainsaw and resistance bumper teeth.

• Carburetor preheating system

STIHL chainsaws equipped with a carburetor preheating system are reliable even when it is cold outside: in winter mode, heated air flows around the carburetor. This solution effectively prevents the carburetor from icing.

• Practical tank stopper

Special, patented fuel and oil tank stoppers. Tanks of mechanical devices equipped with such plugs can be quickly opened and closed - without the use of force and any tools
