The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, which increases its hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn food and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings in this regard.

The granite coating makes the cookware exceptionally resistant to scratches and durable. This type of pot and pan also allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the cookware heats up similarly to stone and radiates heat across its entire surface.

The composition of the aluminum body and ferromagnetic base allows for use on induction cooktops and all other types of cooktops, taking advantage of the excellent thermal properties of cast and forged aluminum on all cooktops and hotplates.
