Cookware and accessories from the BURGUNDY METALLIC series by BERLINGER HAUS are made of high-quality forged aluminum with a triple granite (marble) coating inside, offering exceptional hardness. The external coating features a distinctive metallic sheen. These attractive and modern cookware pieces are equipped with SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle) as standard. Suitable for all types of cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction. The TURBO INDUCTION system (heats up very quickly) saves up to 35% of energy.

The grill plate can be used both on the stovetop and in the oven. The silicone handles are heat-resistant up to 220°C. The plate allows you to prepare grilled dishes without adding fat.

Granite Coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, resulting in increased hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn food and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings in this regard.

The granite coating makes the cookware exceptionally resistant to scratches and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the cookware heats up similarly to stone and radiates heat across its entire surface.

The composition of the aluminum body and ferromagnetic base allows for use on induction cooktops and all other types of cooktops, utilizing the best thermal properties of cast and forged aluminum on all cooktops and hotplates.
