Instructions for closing the pressure cooker

This pressure cooker is closed from the inside i.e. The lid of the pressure cooker is inserted at an angle of 45 degrees into the center of the pot. Then the top beam locks on the edges of the pots and closes tightly by moving the lever/handle in the opposite direction. A gasket has been factory installed inside the pressure cooker to prevent steam from escaping outside.

Look at the illustration below by points

1. Release the pressure cooker handle to the open position and at a 45-degree angle arrange the lid to place it in the center of the pot.
2. Insert the entire lid inside, and place the beam under the handle on the edges of the pot so that it locks.
3. Make sure you place the beam properly on the edges of the pressure cooker, then move the levers in the opposite direction to close the pressure cooker tightly.
4. Now the pressure cooker is closed. Once again, make sure the lid is closed properly and there are no gaps.
