The cooking process takes place in a closed pot under high pressure, which allows you to reach a temperature exceeding 100 ° C. Hypertension in the pressure cooker raises the boiling point of water, which consequently significantly reduces cooking time by up to 70%.
Thanks to the removal of harmful oxygen and shorter processing time, food cooked in a pressure cooker retains more vitamins, minerals and aromas, which translates into a more intense taste of dishes compared to traditional cooking methods.

Preparing food in a pressure cooker or in a pressure cooker pan is much faster than traditional cooking methods.
The high pressure in the sealed pressure cooker raises the boiling point of the water, allowing cooking at temperatures from 110 to 116°C. Thanks to this, the cooking time is reduced by up to 70%!

Vegetables cooked in a pressure cooker had 21 to 39 percent more vitamin C than conventionally cooked vegetables.Pressure cooking preserved about 90% of vitamin C, while in the case of conventional boiling in water, only 49% of the vitamin was preserved.
