Method of use

• Fill the pot with ingredients and liquid, not exceeding a maximum of approx. 2/3 of the working capacity (minimum 1/3 to ensure the right amount of liquid).
• Put the cover on according to the instructions, make sure the gasket is properly laid and the working valve is in place.
• Set the pressure cooker on the burner, increase the flame until the pressure is reached (characteristic “hissing” and valve operation), then reduce the heat and cook the dish for the recommended time.
• Once the cooking is complete, turn off the burner, wait for the pressure to drop naturally, make sure the steam has been drained, then carefully open the lid and mix the dish before serving.
