Method of use

• Place the ingredients and the right amount of liquid in a pot, not exceeding the recommended maximum working capacity (about 2/3 of the volume).
• Check the condition of the gasket and valve, then close the lid according to the instructions and set the pressure cooker on the burner.
• Heat over a higher heat until pressure is reached and the valve starts working, then reduce the flame and cook the dish for the recommended time.
• When the cooking is complete, turn off the burner, wait for the pressure to drop naturally, make sure that the valve no longer releases steam, then carefully open the lid, mix the dish and serve.
