The GRAPHITE 1200W saw-deepening machine is a precision device used to make cuts in materials such as wood, laminate or aluminum. The design of the saw-deepening machine allows you to make plunge cuts anywhere in the material – without having to start cutting from the edge as is the case with traditional circular saws. The device works with cutting discs with a diameter of 165 mm and allows you to work at a speed adjustable in the range of 2200-5200 rpm. /min. To increase precision when making longer formatting cuts, it is recommended to use a guide rail, which is also included in the GRAPHITE brand offer. The maximum cutting thickness without a guide strip is 57 mm, while with a 52 mm strip. The device is equipped with a depth limiter with a precise graduation and indicator, allowing you to easily choose the depth both when working with and without the strip. The saw-deepening foot is equipped with a clearance adjustment system relative to the guide bar and allows you to adjust the cutting angle in the range of 0-47°. The shield cover is made of aluminum, and the entire side of the device has been profiled in such a way as to minimize the gap between the shield and the outer edge of the housing. This means that the minimum distance of the cutting line from the obstacle, e.g. in the form of a wall is only 11,5 mm. The device is equipped with a rotating chip ejection with the possibility of connecting a vacuum cleaner. The device is equipped with a flexible and durable power cord in a 2m rubber coating, also dedicated to professional and industrial applications both indoors and outdoors.
