Choosing the right tank size is the key to long and trouble-free operation of the entire system.

To precisely choose the right capacity, use the following formula:

V = 16,5 x (Qmax / Zmax) x [ (Pmax x Pmin) / ((Pmax - Pmin) x Pz) ]

What do the individual symbols mean?

► V – searched tank capacity [in litres].

► Qmax – maximum pump capacity [in l/min].

► Zmax – safe number of pump connections per hour (it is recommended to take from 12 to 15).

► Pmax – pump shutdown pressure [absolute pressure in bars = pressure from pressure gauge + 1].

Inside the JET pump there is a special nozzle with a venturi, which is responsible for creating a strong vacuum. This phenomenon makes the problem of cumbersome air venting completely eliminates.

Unlike standard equipment, you do not have to pour water over the entire long pipe in the well – you only need to fill the pump body.

⚡ How does the diaphragm tank work and why does it save your money?

Inside the metal tank there is a rubber diaphragm, into which water flows. The space between it and the outer wall is filled with air injected through the valve. When the pump pumps water, the diaphragm expands, compressing the air around it. When you unscrew the faucet, the accumulated pressure spontaneously pushes water into the installation.

This ensures that the pump does not have to start with every small water intake, which saves electricity and, as a result, your money. In order for the device to work flawlessly for years, it is enough to check the pressure on the valve once every six months and, if necessary, replenish the air with a pump.

⭐ Full control of pressure

✔ Precise reading of parameters – built-in clock pressure gauge allows you to control the pressure in the system on an ongoing basis.

✔ The pressure difference between switching on and off the hydrophore is factory set to 1,4 bar.

✔ After removing the pressure switch housing you can independently modify the settings for switching on and off the hydrophore.

⭐ How to adjust the pressure yourself?

✔ Simply disconnect the power supply to safely change the pump settings without paying for the help of a plumber.

✔ You unscrew the pressure switch housing, under which you will find two springs.

✔ With a large screw you change the overall water pressure – one full turn is a change of about 0,2 bar.

✔ With a small screw you set the optimal pressure difference (so-called. hysteresis) between starting and stopping the engine – we recommend leaving the factory setting there.

⚠ Important before the first launch!

Be sure to flood the pump body through the upper inspection hole before the first start.

This will push the air out of the entire system. This is a simple, one-time treatment that completely eliminates dry operation, protects the rotor from blurring and ensures that the warranty is maintained.
