The CSK 5 hydrophore machine (electronic controller) is an advanced device designed for effective control of hydrophore pumps, submersible pumps and other water systems.

The automatic controller for surface and submersible pumps replaces traditional solutions such as pressure switch and hydrophore tank.

The process of starting and stopping the pump is simple: just unscrew the tap to start the pump, and turning off the tap turns it off.

This automatic system is compatible with single-phase pumps with a power of up to 1300 W and a current consumption of up to 10 A during operation. In addition, the device has a dry-running protection function, which means that in the absence of water in the well, it will automatically turn off the pump.

The product is complete with 1” diameter connectors and an included cable with plug and socket for quick connection of the device.

This is a practical solution for effective management of the water pumping process.

➡ The device is equipped with a dry protection function, which means that it automatically turns off the pump when there is no water to avoid damaging it.

➡ In addition, it can work with pumps whose motors draw maximum 10 A current during normal operation (up to 16 A at start-up). The device also protects the installation from flooding as a result of minor leaks.

➡ It is worth noting, however, that with small leaks that cause only a minimal drop in pressure in the installation, the device will not turn on automatically, because it does not detect sufficient water flow.

➡ The circuit breaker should be mounted in a vertical orientation on the side from which the water flows, between the pump and the first water receiver. The suction nozzle 1 inch should be screwed directly into the output of the hydrophore pump.

➡ Perpendicular output 1 inch allows you to guide the further part of the installation horizontally without the need for additional elbows or tees. After screwing in and sealing, we can connect the wires.

➡ The hydrophore machine signals the start of work by ignition of the diode. The red button is used to reset the driver.
