How does HHW12 Plus Size work?

The operation of HHW12 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting the abdominal and trunk muscles into a state of tension.
