The built-in BFS 72 SR slicer is ready for use in a drawer with a single flick of the wrist. It can just as quickly be hidden in a drawer.
⭕Folding lock
The built-in BFS 72 SR slicer has a folding lock that, for safety reasons, prevents folding unless the cutting thickness is set to "0".
⭕Two-finger safety switching system
The two-finger safety system of the built-in BFS 72 SR slicer provides additional safety when slicing. The all-metal food slicer can be used in intermittent and continuous mode as needed.
⭕Electropolished round blade
The round blade made of stainless steel has been electrolytically polished in a special procedure, resulting in an extremely smooth surface and an even cutting edge. This makes the cutting results even more precise and the round blade is easier to clean.
⭕Round blade lock
This allows the blade to be easily removed for cleaning without the use of additional tools, thanks to the convenient, quick-closing bayonet lock.
