Fastest heating

Kohersen® pots and pans have a hybrid TRI-PLY construction: stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel. Three-layer construction provides extraordinary durability and resistance to damage, thanks to which the dishes serve for many years. You can prepare dishes in them, also in the oven, at temperatures up to 260 ° C. The great advantage of such a design is excellent conductivity and effective heat retention during cooking. Thanks to it, the surface reaches the desired temperature in a very short time (60 s to 200 ° C), heating up the fastest among the tested pans of popular brands. * In addition, maintaining heat during cooking requires lower energy expenditures. The hybrid, multi-layered design of the pan provides the most efficient heat conductivity. You cook faster, save energy, reduce expenses. The bottom layer of the dish is magnetic steel, which allows cooking on induction cookers.

No sticking, no scrubbing

The patented double-sided functional surface of BLACK CUBE® technology has a unique honeycomb structure. It is a composition of protrusions made of stainless steel and concave surface covered with an anti-stick coating.

Thanks to this solution, fat, spices or leftover dishes do not stick to the dish, and cooking becomes easier and more pleasant. Washing takes less time and requires a small amount of water or detergent.

Protection against damage

The long-lasting, damage-resistant DIAMOND coating provides additional protection for the surface of the dish - it helps protect the dish from scratches, even when using sharp kitchen utensils, such as spatulas or rough washing sponges. The blue glow on the surface of the vessel is a visible sign of this exceptional protection. The DIAMOND coating is abrasion resistant and provides protection for a long time - up to 10000 abrasions. In addition, the stainless steel tabs forming the honeycomb pattern form small “columns” on which kitchen utensils rest when mixing food, which is the first buffer to protect the anti-stick coating.

On the minimum amount of fat

Kohersen® pots and pans are a new quality of cooking, as well as a great step towards healthy eating. Dish preparation is much faster, thanks to the hybrid construction of the vessel body, especially its aluminum component. This is very important, especially when frying. The “skin” closes faster, stopping the juices and not letting fat into the fried food. The faster we fry, the less unhealthy compounds are produced, such as peroxides or trans isomers.
