The pan is designed for the preparation of egg omelet (tamago yaki), which can then be rolled into sushi poppies or used for nigiri sushi. To prepare an egg omelet, pour 3 eggs into a bowl and add a little sugar and a pinch of salt. You can also add 20 ml of dashi broth, 1 teaspoon of mirin rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon of sake and a few drops of soy sauce. Lightly mix the egg mass to combine the ingredients. Be careful not to beat the egg mass until foamy. Then put the egg mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat the pan, which you previously lightly greased with vegetable oil for frying, and pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan. When the mass solidifies, fold it into three parts and lift it slightly, lightly grease the pan again with oil and pour another 1/4 of the egg mass and repeat the process. On the third and fourth repetitions, fold the omelet in half. Form the finished omelet into a neat shape, put on a plate and leave to cool.

Note: Pans are not recommended to be washed in the dishwasher. After use, simply rinse the pan with water and wipe dry.
